Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist at our Dehradun location. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and offering administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. The successful candidate will represent the company professionally and efficiently in client-facing interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment
- Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and assist with scheduling effectively
- Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment
- Prior experience in front office, administrative, or receptionist roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in office administration are an advantage
