Role Purpose
The Program Assistant provides operational, administrative, and coordination support to the HR Coordinator responsible for the CHRO 100 India – Most Admired CHROs initiative. The role ensures smooth day-to-day execution of the program by supporting scheduling, documentation, communication, and stakeholder coordination across internal and external parties.

Key Responsibilities
Program & Operational Support
Support the HR Coordinator with daily operational activities related to the CHRO 100 India program
Track schedules, deadlines, and key milestones; provide reminders and follow-ups as needed
Maintain organized records of program documents, files, and shared resources
Communication & Coordination
Assist with written communication to HR leaders, advisors, consultants, and internal teams
Support meeting preparation, including agendas, invitations, and follow-up notes
Act as a first-level support point for basic program-related inquiries
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare simple reports, trackers, and summaries related to program progress
Support data accuracy and consistency across applications, evaluations, and program records
Assist in compiling status updates and internal progress reports
General Support
Take on administrative and coordination tasks that help optimize the HR Coordinator’s workload
Work effectively with remote and international teams to ensure timely execution of activities

Candidate Profile
2–4 years of experience in HR, People & Culture, project coordination, or administrative support roles
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Confident and professional communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and time management
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
