Position Title:
Personal Assistant (PA)
Reporting To: Director (Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and calendar coordination using digital tools (e.g., MS Outlook, Google Calendar).
Prepare and maintain confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings; ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and liaison with internal departments (HR, Finance, Academics) and external stakeholders (regulatory bodies like UGC/NMC/PCI).
Screen and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and visitors; draft responses on behalf of the Director as needed.
Coordinate events, workshops, and institutional meetings; arrange logistics for Director's participation in conferences or official visits.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and a professional environment; assist with budgeting for operational expenses.
Support special projects, such as policy implementation or digital transformation initiatives, with discretion and efficiency.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.Com/B.A./B.Sc.) or equivalent; MBA in Administration or related certification preferred.
Minimum 1–5 years of experience as PA/Secretary to a senior executive in education, healthcare, or corporate sector.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic digital tools for automation (e.g., CRM or ERP systems).
Excellent command of English, Hindi and Kannada (spoken & written)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
Proactive problem-solver with a positive, adaptable mindset; familiarity with education sector regulations a plus.
