Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Office Administrator role located in Vaikam. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, maintain office equipment, and ensure a smooth workflow. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating with team members, liaising with clients, organizing office documentation, and ensuring a well-maintained work environment. Acting as the first point of contact, the Office Administrator will also ensure proper communication with customers and partners to address inquiries and concerns effectively.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
Proficiency in handling Office Equipment, along with basic troubleshooting abilities
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
Customer Service experience to handle inquiries, provide information, and ensure client satisfaction
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Experience in handling confidential information with discretion
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
