Job Description
We are a growing printing business looking for a reliable and experienced Operations & Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day operations and basic accounting activities. This is an on-site role suited for a mature, responsible individual who can independently handle work and coordinate with staff and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Operations:
Oversee daily printing operations and workflow
Coordinate with production staff, suppliers, and vendors
Manage job schedules, material usage, and delivery timelines
Maintain records of orders, inventory, and expenses
Ensure smooth functioning of shop-floor activities

Accounts & Admin :
Maintain basic accounts (sales, purchases, expenses)
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups
Manage cash, bank entries, and petty cash
Assist with GST records, filing support, and coordination with CA
Maintain proper documentation and reports

Requirements
Candidate preference: 10+ years of experience and above
Prior experience in operations and accounts (printing industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
Basic knowledge of accounting (Tally or similar software preferred)
Comfortable with MS Excel and record-keeping
Honest, organized, and dependable
Ability to manage responsibilities independently
