Role Description The Administrative Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Virar, responsible for overseeing daily administrative operations of the VS3 community. This role includes managing front office and reception activities, coordinating facility services, and ensuring smooth resident onboarding and documentation. The Administrative Manager will monitor service quality, maintain records and reports, handle vendor coordination, and support scheduling of community events and activities.
The role also involves supervising administrative staff, implementing standard operating procedures, assisting with budgets and procurement, and responding promptly and professionally to resident queries and concerns.
Qualifications
Demonstrated 5-6 years of experience in administrative or operations management, preferably in residential communities, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living environments.
Strong skills in coordination, organization, and time management to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, email systems) and comfort with digital record-keeping and reporting tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with residents, families, staff, and vendors in a respectful and empathetic manner.
Experience supervising or leading teams, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and supporting staff development.
Ability to work on-site full time in Virar, with flexibility to support operations during peak hours, weekends, or holidays as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; relevant certifications in facilities or operations management are an added advantage.
