About the Role:

Gro Pro Media Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Creative Project Manager Trainee to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands both creativity and coordination someone who can bridge the gap between the creative team and business objectives.

The trainee will assist in planning, managing, and executing creative projects while ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and communication flows are maintained effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and overseeing creative projects from concept to final delivery
Coordinate between video editors, designers, marketers, and other team members
Ensure timelines, deliverables, and quality benchmarks are consistently met
Monitor daily task progress and maintain workflow efficiency
Communicate project requirements clearly to the creative team
Support in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy
Track revisions, approvals, and final submissions
Maintain documentation and reporting for ongoing projects
Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in management, creative coordination, or graphic/video production
Basic understanding of video editing, motion graphics, or graphic design processes
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership potential
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic proficiency in creative tools (Adobe Suite knowledge is a plus)
A portfolio or prior project experience demonstrating coordination or creative involvement
