Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Ernākulam

We're seeking a talented and creative Motion Graphic Designer to bring ideas to life through dynamic visual storytelling. In this role, you'll design and produce engaging motion graphics across digital campaigns, video productions, advertisements, and more.
Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you'll help craft visually compelling content that strengthens brand identity, captures audience attention, and drives engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce eye-catching motion graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and video content
Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop concepts aligned with brand goals and visual identity
Create storyboards and visual frameworks to effectively communicate ideas
Animate graphics, typography, and logos to deliver impactful visual narratives
Edit and finalise video projects, ensuring smooth transitions, high-quality animation, and on-time delivery
Stay current with animation trends, tools, and industry best practices
Manage motion design projects from concept through completion while handling multiple deadlines
Partner with marketing, video, and content teams to ensure cohesive integration of motion graphics within broader campaigns
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW
Solid understanding of animation principles, typography, colour theory, and composition
Experience in video editing and motion design production workflows
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred)
Preferred Skills

Experience with 3D animation tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and front-end basics
Basic knowledge of audio editing and sound design to enhance motion projects
