Qualifications And Skills

Project Management (Mandatory skill):

Demonstrated proficiency overseeing complex post-production projects from inception to completion while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Client Communication (Mandatory skill):
Expertise in interacting with clients, understanding requirements, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction at every step of the post-production process.
Post-Production Workflow (Mandatory skill):
Deep understanding of post-production processes, software, and equipment, as well as proven experience optimizing workflows for efficiency and quality.
Video Editing:
Strong hands-on experience with video editing software and an eye for creative storytelling, technical accuracy, and visual coherence in finished products.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Ability to collaborate effectively with production, creative, and technical teams, ensuring cohesive project execution and delivery.
Timeline Management:
Exceptional scheduling skills to ensure that all milestones, reviews, and deliveries occur on or ahead of planned deadlines.
Workflow Optimization:
Experience identifying gaps in current processes and proactively implementing solutions or tools to facilitate continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance:
Proven track record of conducting quality control checks at every stage of post-production to maintain the highest levels of output for clients.

Roles And Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end post-production process, including scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between creative and technical teams.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback, managing expectations, and ensuring timely delivery of post-produced materials.
Establish and maintain efficient post-production workflows, utilizing cloud technologies and AI tools inherent to the Huemn platform.
Oversee the editing, color grading, sound design, and finishing of photo and video projects to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
Manage, mentor, and guide junior editors, freelancers, and other post-production staff, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
Monitor project milestones, proactively manage potential risks, and resolve bottlenecks to keep all deliverables on track and within deadlines.
Implement and uphold quality control procedures, reviewing final outputs for accuracy, branding, and technical specifications.
Drive process improvements by evaluating current post-production practices and spearheading adoption of new technologies or methods where beneficial.
