Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Designer with expertise in 3D concept art for a pharmaceutical advertising agency. The ideal candidate excels in composition, perspective, anatomy, digital painting, and vector creation. You should be adaptable, deadline-driven, and proficient in multiple design software, with the ability to collaborate across teams and deliver compelling visuals tailored to diverse client needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Develop imaginative and dynamic illustrations, storyboards, and concept sketches.
Create high-quality 3D assets for advertising, marketing, and branding initiatives.
Design and produce vector-based graphics, digital paintings, and photorealistic imagery.
Collaborate with creative teams to align visuals with strategic objectives.
Adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and artistic styles as needed.

Ideal Candidate

Preferred Skills & Expertise

Strong understanding of anatomy, perspective, composition, light, color, form, and visual communication.
Expertise in storyboarding, concept sketching, illustration, and digital painting.
Experience in 3D modeling, sculpting, texturing, lighting, and animation.
Proficiency in vector art, graphic design, and photo manipulation.
Knowledge of 3D physics simulation, particle systems, and character posing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
3-7 years of experience in design, preferably in a collaborative team environment

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
