We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-driven individual to join our school — someone who doesn't just manage, but builds.

This is not a desk job. This is a role for someone who can take an idea from the Trust and turn it into a real experience for students.

Here's what that looks like in practice:
→ The Trust wants to run a law education session.
→ You research it. Design the format. Set up the classroom like a courtroom.
→ You invite a lawyer. Assign student roles. Facilitate a mock trial.
→ You photograph and film it. Edit the video. Post the story.

That's the role. Every. Single. Time.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)

• Fluency in English (mandatory)

• Malayalam proficiency (strongly preferred)

• Video editing & photography skills

• Social media & content creation experience

• Strong people management & coordination ability

• Intellectual curiosity — ability to quickly understand diverse topics

• An execution mindset — ideas don't scare you, action is your default

The school has a Principal managing day-to-day academics. This role sits at a higher layer — translating the long-term vision of the Trust into real-world programmes, events, and initiatives, and making sure every moment is documented and shared.
