Job Summary Bright Media is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–3 years of experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should be skilled in creating social media creatives, advertisements, branding materials, and marketing collateral for clients across various industries.
This is an on-site position, and preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Mangalore.

Key Responsibilities  Design high-quality social media posts, advertisements, banners, and promotional materials.
Create creative concepts and visual content for multiple client accounts.
Design marketing materials, brochures, flyers, presentations, and branding assets.
Collaborate with content writers, social media managers, and video editors to execute campaigns.
Ensure all designs align with client branding guidelines and project objectives.
Make revisions based on client and team feedback.
Stay updated with design trends and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Requirements  1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Ability to create modern and engaging social media creatives.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills  Experience in a digital marketing agency.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools is an advantage.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
Understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts.
