Job Summary
We are looking for a 3D artist with strong fundamentals and a clear focus on photorealism. The candidate should be able to create detailed, realistic scenes using Blender, with a strong understanding of lighting, materials, and scale. They should be comfortable handling the full pipeline including scene setup, animation, and simulations. Attention to detail and realism is the most important factor.

Key Responsibilities
Create and set up 3D scenes in Blender from concept to final output
Work across modeling, lighting, texturing, and rendering
Produce high-quality, photorealistic visuals with strong attention to detail
Handle camera and object animation
Utilize modifiers and procedural workflows for efficiency
Work with simulations and physics when required
Use geometry nodes to build flexible and scalable systems
Collaborate with the team to enhance visual quality and outputs

Skills & Qualifications
Strong fundamentals in 3D design
Proficiency in Blender (mandatory)
Ability to create realistic environments and scene setups
Strong eye for detail and photorealism
Solid understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering

Experience with animation and camera work
Knowledge of modifiers and procedural workflows
Basic understanding of simulations and physics
Ability to optimize scenes and manage file sizes efficiently
Comfortable working across modelling, lighting, animation, and rendering

Experience in photorealistic product or environment rendering
Knowledge of interior scene creation and lighting
Basic compositing skills
Understanding of real-world lighting and photography
