Role Description  This is a full-time remote role for a Website and Motion Graphic . The person in this role will design and maintain visually compelling websites, ensuring strong UX/UI, brand consistency, and responsive design across devices. They will create motion graphics and animated assets for web experiences, videos, social media, and other digital channels. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project managers and clients, translating creative briefs into design concepts, preparing production-ready assets, and iterating based on feedback.

The role also involves contributing to creative brainstorming, staying current with design and motion trends, and organizing design files and project documentation.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for web and digital media, with a portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling and brand consistency.
Proficiency in Motion Design and Motion Graphics, including creating animated assets, transitions, and visual effects for digital experiences.
Experience in Video Production, including preparing motion assets for video, basic editing, and collaborating with editors or producers.
Proficiency with industry-standard design and motion tools (e.g., Figma or Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or comparable tools).
Experience designing responsive websites, landing pages, and marketing experiences, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and web performance considerations.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, including comfort presenting work and integrating feedback from clients and teammates.
Relevant education or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Motion Design, Multimedia, or a related field; prior agency or studio experience is a plus.
