About the role
Unique World Robotics (UWR) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who have a strong passion for visual design and branding & Video Editing. The primary responsibility of this role is to create high-quality, engaging graphic content for digital platforms while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Design creative content for social media, digital advertisements, and marketing campaigns
* Create banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials
* Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, events, and marketing activities
* Create engaging Reels, Stories, You Tube Shorts, and other video content
* Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual and video content
* Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and deliver creative outputs on time
* Revise and optimize designs and videos based on feedback
* Organize and maintain design assets, project files, and brand resources
* Stay updated with the latest design, video editing, social media, and AI tools
Key Requirements
* Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
* Proficiency in at least one video editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
* Good understanding of design fundamentals, including color theory, typography, composition, and layout
* Creative thinking with strong attention to detail
* Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency
* Good understanding of social media content formats and trends
* Ability to manage multiple creative tasks and meet deadlines
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications / Added Advantages
* Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
* Experience creating Reels, Stories, You Tube Shorts, and promotional videos
* Basic knowledge of camera handling, framing, lighting, and shooting techniques
* Experience with DSLR, mirrorless, or professional video cameras is an added advantage
* Basic understanding of video production and content shooting
* Familiarity with AI tools for design, video editing, and content creation
* Experience working on social media campaigns or digital marketing projects
* Portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work, including academic, personal, freelance, or professional projects
