About the Role

We are looking for a  creative and visually driven Graphic Designer  who can take ideas from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of  social media design, campaign concepts, visual storytelling, video editing, and motion graphics .
You will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, product promotions, brand communication, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design high-quality  social media creatives  for Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, etc.
Develop creative concepts and visual directions for  marketing campaigns and brand communication .
Think beyond templates and bring  fresh, original creative ideas  to campaigns.
Create designs for posts, stories, reels, ads, banners, promotional creatives, and other digital assets.
Edit short-form videos and social media content, including  Reels and promotional videos .
Create basic to advanced  motion graphics, animations, transitions, and kinetic typography .
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to convert ideas, briefs, and campaigns into strong visual communication.
Maintain consistency in  brand identity, typography, colors, layouts, and visual language .
Adapt creative concepts into multiple formats and platforms.
Stay updated with current  design trends, social media trends, content formats, and visual styles .
Handle multiple projects and deliver creatives within deadlines.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of  Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator .
Good understanding of  After Effects and Premiere Pro  or equivalent video/motion tools.
Strong  visual sense, typography, composition, color theory, and layout skills .
Good understanding of  social media creative formats and trends .
Ability to think conceptually and develop  campaign ideas from scratch .
Good video editing and storytelling skills.
Basic to strong knowledge of  motion graphics and animation .
Ability to understand a brief and independently convert it into a creative visual solution.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to experiment with new creative styles.

Bonus Skills

Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Knowledge of AI-based creative/design tools.
Experience creating content for e-commerce, D2C, lifestyle, fashion, home & living, or consumer brands.
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and ad design.
