Graphic Designer - Mid Level

About the Role

We're looking for a  mid-level designer with strong hands-on experience across visual design, presentations, and business communications .

The role covers a broad range of creative work including  PowerPoint presentations, brochures, reports, advertisements, social media content, digital communications, infographics, and other business and marketing materials .

You should be comfortable working across  Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint , and be able to take a brief, existing content, or reference material and turn it into polished, client-ready work.
You'll work closely with  Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team  in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.

What you'll be working on
Designing a wide range of creative and business communication materials, including  PowerPoint presentations, brochures, reports, advertisements, social media content, digital campaigns, infographics, data visualisations, emailers, newsletters, posters, banners, and other marketing collateral
Taking briefs, rough concepts, existing content, or reference designs and turning them into polished, engaging creative work
Working across  Adobe Creative Cloud and PowerPoint  depending on the requirements of each project
Applying strong design thinking across  layout, typography, imagery, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy
Working within established  brand guidelines and visual standards  while bringing creativity and fresh thinking to each project
Adapting and refining designs based on feedback and project requirements
Working on both creative and production-focused assignments, depending on the project
Managing multiple projects and deliverables in a  high-volume creative environment
Collaborating with  Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team  to develop ideas, refine creative solutions, and deliver high-quality work
Ensuring final work is accurate, consistent, polished, and ready for client delivery

What makes you a good fit
4–7 years of professional experience  in graphic design, visual design, communication design, or a similar field
Strong hands-on experience across  graphic/visual design and presentation design
Strong working knowledge of  Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design
Good working knowledge of  PowerPoint  and experience designing professional presentations
Strong understanding of  layout, typography, composition, colour, imagery, and visual hierarchy
Ability to take a brief, existing content, or reference material and translate it into a strong visual solution
Comfortable working across different types of creative and business communication deliverables
Good eye for detail, consistency, spacing, alignment, and overall visual quality
Ability to work across both  creative and production-focused assignments
Comfortable managing multiple projects, revisions, and tight deadlines in a  high-volume environment
Able to work effectively with  Senior Designers, Lead Designers, and the onshore team
Comfortable receiving feedback, collaborating with others, and taking ownership of your work
A portfolio demonstrating  strong visual design, presentation design, and business communication work
