Role Description  The Fashion Intern role at Offmint is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The intern will assist with day-to-day fashion styling activities, including coordinating outfits, preparing looks for shoots or events, and supporting the design team with samples and mood boards. Responsibilities include helping with visual merchandising, organizing inventory for collections, and supporting sales and marketing efforts such as lookbooks, social media content, and promotional events.

The intern will collaborate closely with designers, stylists, and the sales team to ensure brand consistency and high-quality presentation of all fashion products.

This role offers hands-on exposure to the fashion industry and an opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of fashion design and retail.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in Fashion, Fashion Design, and Fashion Styling, with a strong interest in current trends and aesthetics.
Basic understanding of Sales and customer interaction within a fashion or retail environment.
Interest or experience in Marketing related to fashion, including brand promotion and audience engagement.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with a professional and inclusive approach to teamwork.
Enrollment in or completion of a program in Fashion Design, Fashion Management, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to flexible schedules based on fashion events or launches.
