About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and people-oriented  Customer Engagement Executives  to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who enjoy interacting with people, understanding their requirements, and building positive customer experiences.
The role involves communicating with customers and prospective customers, understanding their needs, providing relevant information, coordinating follow-ups, and supporting the team in achieving customer and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and prospective clients through various communication channels.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information about our products/services.
Follow up with prospective customers and existing clients in a professional and timely manner.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
Respond to customer queries and coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Identify customer needs and ensure a smooth experience throughout the engagement journey.
Support the business development and customer experience teams with day-to-day activities.
Meet defined engagement, follow-up, and performance objectives.
Continuously learn about the company's products, services, processes, and customer expectations.
Who We're Looking For

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with different types of people.
Good listening and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle conversations professionally and patiently.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office / CRM tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience is  not mandatory ; training will be provided.
