At Bonobology / Beyond Small Talk, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism. This role is ideal for someone starting out and looking to build strong client-facing skills in a fast-growing, premium brand environment.

What you’ll do:

Handle client interactions across Whats App, email, and calls
Understand client requirements and respond with clarity and warmth
Coordinate internally with the team to ensure smooth execution
Maintain client records and follow-ups
Support basic content/design needs using Canva

What we’re looking for:

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Confident, well-spoken, and presentable
Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Bonus Points  Knowledge of  Google Sheets  and basic data management
Previous experience or understanding of the  matchmaking industry  is an added advantage
