Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments. Responsibilities also include maintaining records, assisting in clerical tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors to the clinic.
Qualifications
Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
Proficient in Clerical Skills and maintaining organized records
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a welcoming environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and appointment scheduling systems
Prior experience in a healthcare or dental setting is an advantage
