Position: Telecaller / Patient Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls (30–45 calls per day) with an average talk time of 200–250 minutes daily.
Collect and manage leads from multiple sources such as campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals.
Update and maintain CRM with accurate patient information.
Follow up and manage the complete patient journey — from initial inquiry to consultation and treatment coordination.
Provide clear communication and empathetic support to patients regarding procedures, appointments, and follow-ups.
Share daily reports on leads, calls, and conversion status with the management team.

Desired Candidate Profile :
Only Telecallers with prior experience in a hospital or healthcare environment will be considered.
Must have experience in inbound and outbound calling.
No irrelevant profiles will be entertained. If you do not have telecalling experience, please do not apply.
Must possess excellent communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi (preferred).
Basic computer and CRM handling skills are essential.
Must have a positive attitude, patience, and strong follow-up ability.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / Intermediate
Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience required in a similar role, preferably in healthcare or related fields & Freshers can also apply.
