Position: : National Technical Head – Cattle Feed
Location: Khanna

The National Technical Head – Cattle Feed will lead the technical, nutritional, and product development functions across the organization. This role is responsible for driving innovation, ensuring product quality, supporting sales teams with technical expertise, and enhancing farmer engagement through effective advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
A)     Field Support & Farmer Advisory

· Provide technical guidance to farmers on feeding practices and animal health

· Conduct field trials and demonstrations

· Address customer complaints and provide solutions
B)      Technical Sales Support

· Train and support sales teams with product knowledge and technical selling

· Participate in dealer/distributor meetings and farmer seminars

· Help in building brand credibility through technical expertise
C)     Training & Team Development

· Develop training modules for internal teams and field staff

· Conduct regular training sessions for sales and technical teams

· Mentor regional technical managers
D)      Research & Innovation

· Stay updated with latest trends in animal nutrition and feed technology

· Collaborate with research institutions and veterinarians

· Implement innovative practices to improve productivity
E)      Product Development & Nutrition

· Develop and optimize cattle feed formulations for dairy segments

· Ensure nutritional balance, cost efficiency, and performance improvement

· Introduce new products based on market demand and research
F)      Quality Assurance & Control

· Establish and monitor quality standards for raw materials and finished goods

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

· Work closely with production teams to maintain consistency

· Willingness to travel extensively across regions

· Strong network within dairy/farming community is an added advantage
