The firm partners with expanding multi-location clinics and healthcare practices to standardize patient journeys and improve internal discipline.

Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site General Dentist role based in North & West Delhi. The General Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, fillings, extractions, preventive care, and patient education. The role includes documenting clinical findings, maintaining accurate patient records, and following established clinical protocols and infection control standards.
Qualifications
Clinical dentistry:
Competence in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, extractions, and preventive care.
Patient care:
Strong skills in patient communication, counseling, pain management, and building trust with diverse patient populations.
Clinical governance:
Ability to follow standard operating procedures, maintain accurate records, and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Team collaboration:
Capacity to work effectively with assistants, front-desk staff, and management to support coordinated, efficient patient journeys.

Education:

BDS or equivalent dental degree from a recognized institution; valid dental registration/license as per local regulatory requirements.
Professional qualities:
Detail-oriented, ethical, organized, and comfortable working in a structured, protocol-driven environment.

Experience:

Prior experience in a clinic or multi-location practice is beneficial; exposure to case acceptance processes and treatment follow-ups is an advantage.
Technology:
Familiarity with digital dental records and basic practice management systems is preferred.
