Role Description  The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of preventive, restorative, and cosmetic procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing treatments such as fillings, root canal therapy, crowns and bridges, extractions, periodontal care, and routine cleanings, as appropriate to scope and training. The role involves educating patients on oral hygiene, discussing treatment options, maintaining thorough clinical records, and collaborating with dental assistants, hygienists, and front-office teams to ensure efficient patient flow.

The Dentist will adhere to all clinical and infection control protocols, participate in case discussions, and support continuous improvement in practice standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or higher dental qualification from an accredited institution, with valid registration/license to practice dentistry in the relevant jurisdiction.
Demonstrated clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of general dental procedures, including preventive, restorative, and basic endodontic and prosthodontic treatments.
Strong knowledge of infection control standards, sterilization protocols, and safety regulations in a clinical setting.
Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with patients, explain treatment options, and provide patient-centered care to diverse age groups and backgrounds.
Competence in using dental practice management software, digital radiography, and other modern dental equipment and tools.
Detail-oriented approach with strong record-keeping, documentation, and time-management skills to manage a consistent patient schedule.
Willingness to participate in continuing education, stay updated on current dental techniques and guidelines, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Prior experience in a clinical dental practice setting is preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training and a commitment to learning are also encouraged to apply.
