Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished and design-driven  Associate – Architecture  to join our team for a prestigious  large-scale commercial development .
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design development, BIM modelling and coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires a strong understanding of large-scale commercial architecture, with the ability to effectively manage design deliverables and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee architectural design development for large-scale commercial projects.
Develop, manage, and review  BIM models using Revit  in accordance with project standards.
Lead BIM coordination with multidisciplinary consultants and project teams.
Review architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation to ensure quality and design consistency.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams to resolve design and technical issues.
Monitor design deliverables, timelines, and coordination requirements.
Ensure architectural design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide technical and design guidance to project teams.
Support project leadership in delivering high-quality architectural solutions within agreed timelines.
Candidate Profile
B.Arch / M.Arch  from a recognized institution.
7–12 years of relevant professional experience  in architecture.
Proven experience in  large-scale commercial projects is mandatory .
Experience in  shopping malls / retail developments  will be an added advantage.
Strong hands-on expertise in  BIM Modelling and BIM Coordination .
Advanced proficiency in  Revit Architecture .
Working knowledge of  Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)  will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of architectural design development, documentation, coordination, and project execution.
Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary and fast-paced project environment.
