About the Role
Inches N Feet is looking for a Senior Architect for a managerial-level role combining architectural design, hands-on Revit, client management, multidisciplinary coordination, and team leadership.
The role involves working on international residential projects , primarily for U.S.
-based clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design development, documentation, and project deliverables.
Develop and review architectural models and drawings using Autodesk Revit .
Work with Revit schedules, modelling, family creation, sheets, visibility settings, filters, and design options .
Participate in and independently handle client meetings and design discussions .
Lead and coordinate a minimum 4-member architectural team .
Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other disciplines.
Review team deliverables and ensure quality and timely completion.
Manage coordination across multiple client projects.
Guide junior architects and support technical/design problem-solving.
Requirements
B.Arch or M.Arch – Mandatory.
3–5 years of professional architectural experience.
Strong hands-on Autodesk Revit experience.
Strong architectural design skills and a design portfolio .
Client-facing experience and ability to handle client meetings.
Experience coordinating/leading a team of 4+ members .
Experience with multidisciplinary coordination.
Strong English communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
Experience with U.S./international residential projects .
Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards and documentation.
Previous Senior Architect / Project Architect / Lead Architect experience.

B.Arch / M.Arch candidates will be considered.
Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Structural Engineering, Diploma, BIM-only, and other non-Architecture profiles are not eligible .
