Position: Architect / Architectural Draftsperson – Revit
Location: Ernākulam

Residential Projects | 2–5 Years Experience

Orakor is looking for an  Architect / Architectural Draftsperson with strong Revit skills  to join our growing architectural drafting team. This role will primarily focus on the development and maintenance of residential master drawings in Revit.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain residential architectural master drawings using Revit
Create and update Revit models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
Incorporate design changes and updates into master drawing sets
Ensure accuracy and consistency across Revit models and documentation
Perform quality checks before submission
Complete assigned drafting tasks accurately and within deadlines

What We're Looking For

2–5 years of hands-on Revit experience
Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Experience preparing architectural working drawings and construction documentation
Good understanding of residential construction and detailing
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
B.Arch / Diploma in Architecture, or Civil Engineering with relevant architectural drafting experience
Experience in Australian residential projects and knowledge of NCC / Australian Standards would be an advantage, but is not mandatory
