As a Consultant Neurosurgeon, you will play a crucial role in providing specialized surgical care for patients with neurological conditions. You will work in a hospital setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to diagnose, treat, and perform surgeries for patients with brain and spine disorders. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in shaping treatment plans and ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluating and diagnosing patients with neurological conditions
Planning and performing surgical procedures for brain and spine disorders
Leading and guiding the neurosurgery team
Participating in patient care meetings and discussions
Utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies
Providing post-operative care and follow-up
Participating in research and academic activities
Ensuring compliance with medical standards and regulations
Participating in continuous medical education and professional development

Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), MCh, or DNB in Neurosurgery
Board certification in neurosurgery
Valid state medical license
Proven experience in neurosurgical procedures
Demonstrated leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Commitment to patient care and safety
Research experience and publications in neurosurgery
