Position Summary
A leading private healthcare institution in the Caribbean is seeking a Clinical Neurologist (Non-Interventional) to join its growing medical team. This role focuses on comprehensive outpatient and inpatient neurological care, diagnostics, and long-term disease management, without interventional or procedural responsibilities. The neurologist will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Key Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with neurological disorders including epilepsy, stroke (medical management), headache, movement disorders, neuropathies, and neurodegenerative diseases
Provide outpatient consultations and inpatient neurological care
Develop and implement individualized, non-interventional treatment plans
Interpret neurological investigations including EEG, EMG/NCS reports, CT, MRI, and laboratory results
Collaborate with internal medicine, emergency, rehabilitation, and allied health teams
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with hospital policies
Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients and families regarding neurological conditions and treatment plans
Stay current with advancements in clinical neurology through continuing medical education
Adhere to ethical standards, patient safety protocols, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
MD / DM / DNB (Neurology) from a recognized medical institution
Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience in neurology
Valid medical license or eligibility for registration to practice in the Caribbean
Experience in non-interventional, conservative neurological management
Skills & Competencies
Strong clinical expertise in general and medical neurology
Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills

Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
