DORD Hospital is 80 bedded at Daudnagar (Sub-Divisional Town) in Aurangabad District of Bihar State. Build-up area is approx..20,000 sqft. Presently, we have been serving in Eye Care Single specialty for the last 12 years. Presently, 3 Resident Surgeons and 1 Resident Fellow (placed by Sightsavers India) are serving. 50+ Optometrists, Nurses and support staff are working in the hospital. We perform 3,200+ OPD and 1,000+ Eye surgeries are done per month.
We have performed 4,50,000+ OPD and 80,000+ Eye Surgeries since its inception.
Sightsavers India, Help Age India, Aayushman Bharat Scheme and DBCS and other donors are supporting us regularly. We are the 5^th largest Eye care service provider in Bihar State.
Job Description:
§ Perform OPD & Eye Surgeries
§ Provide continuous medical support to the patients including emergency procedures.
§ Attended ward rounds with consulting staff and discussed patient treatment plans.
§ Perform various clinical procedure.
Desired skills &
Experience:
Qualifications required: MBBS+ DNB / MD / MS Ophthalmology
· Specialist in Phacoemulsification cataract surgery
· 1-4 years clinical experience in Ophthalmology
· Expert in cataract surgery.
· Extensive work experience in complete patient care and modern methods of eye care.
· Diagnosis and management of common diseases of the eye, use of various investigative
procedures, medical treatment and surgical intervention.
· Who is willing to work at least 2-3 years tenure.

Remuneration and Facilities:
Monthly Fee: Rs.3 – 4 lakhs per month depending on their degree and skills. Fooding and Residential facilities are available in the premises.
