Key Responsibilities
Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations and assess patient medical history
Plan and administer appropriate anesthesia (general, regional, local, or sedation)
Monitor patients vital signs during surgical procedures
Manage airway, ventilation, and cardiovascular function
Provide post-operative care and pain management
Respond to medical emergencies and complications related to anesthesia
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Maintain accurate medical records and anesthesia documentation
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and legal regulations
Participate in quality improvement, audits, and continuing medical education
Qualifications Experience
MBBS with MD/DNB in Anaesthesiology (or equivalent)
Valid medical license/registration
Relevant clinical experience (as per hospital requirement)
Certification in BLS/ACLS (preferred)
