Part-Time Endocrinologist – Diabetes Reversal Program

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced  D  iabetologist  to join our  Diabetes Reversal Program  on a part-time consulting basis. The role involves providing expert guidance, reviewing patient progress, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals in managing and potentially reversing Type 2 diabetes through lifestyle interventions, personalised treatment plans, and evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct virtual or in-person consultations with patients enrolled in the diabetes reversal program.
Assess and monitor patients’ metabolic health, blood sugar levels, and treatment responses.
Provide expert advice on medication adjustments, lifestyle modifications, and dietary interventions.
Collaborate with dietitians, health coaches, and primary care providers to develop personalised care plans.
Educate patients on diabetes management, insulin resistance, and long-term health improvements.
Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in diabetes reversal and metabolic health.
Support program development by providing insights into endocrinology best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Medical Degree (MD or equivalent)  with specialisation in  Endocrinology .
Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism.
Minimum of  3-5 years of clinical experience  in endocrinology, with a focus on diabetes management.
Strong understanding of  lifestyle interventions, nutrition, and metabolic health  in diabetes care.

Experience with  telemedicine and virtual consultations  is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage patients and collaborate with a team.
Passion for patient education and a  holistic approach  to diabetes management.
