About the Role    We are looking for a compassionate and clinically competent   Consultant Psychiatrist  who is passionate about delivering high-quality psychiatric care and wishes to grow with an ambitious healthcare organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern outpatient setting alongside psychologists and a multidisciplinary team while contributing to the development of a scalable mental healthcare model.

Responsibilities     Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations.
Diagnose and manage a broad range of psychiatric conditions across age groups.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on current evidence and best practices.
Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications appropriately.
Work collaboratively with psychologists and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis and treatment.
Uphold the highest standards of ethics, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Contribute to patient education initiatives and mental health awareness programs.
