Position: Leadership Role

Chitkara Business School invites applications from visionary and experienced academic professionals to join us in a senior leadership role. This position will play a crucial part in driving academic excellence, innovation, and operational leadership for our undergraduate business programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic academic and professional leadership across undergraduate programs at Chitkara Business School.
Manage and review program design, delivery, and quality of undergraduate business courses to ensure alignment with national and international academic standards.
Coordinate with faculty and departments to ensure cohesive curriculum development, optimal resource utilization, and innovative pedagogical practices.
Foster a student-centric and research-driven academic culture within the school.
Work closely with senior leadership to design and implement program improvements, learning outcomes, and strategic initiatives.
Promote discipline, integrity, and academic rigor among faculty and students.
Ensure that all programs maintain accreditation standards and evolve with changing business trends and employer expectations.

Educational Qualifications &

Experience:

Ph.D. in Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Strong academic credentials, with a demonstrated track record of academic leadership.
Excellent communication, organizational, and team management skills.
Minimum of 17–18 years of relevant academic experience, including administrative or leadership roles in reputed institutions.
