Rabindranath Tagore University (RNTU), Bhopal (formerly known as AISECT University) was established in 2010 as Madhya Pradesh’s first private university. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)- (Academic & Institutional Responsibilities)

- Deliver lectures and tutorials using innovative and interactive pedagogical methods.
- Provide academic and career counselings to students.
- Participate in departmental activities, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), and academic committees.
- Conduct labs, guide projects, and mentor students.
- Develop industry-aligned curriculum and MOOCs/blended learning
- Publish research and participate in FDPs, paper projects etc.
- Support accreditation and placement activities.

Preferable Qualifications &

Experience:

As per UGC / Councils / University Norms including NET/SET/SLET qualification where applicable.

Salary:
As per University norms.

Desirables:

- Strong research record with publications in UGC CARE / Scopus journals
- Teaching or relevant industry experience.
- Active participation in professional bodies, seminars, and academic forums.
