Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Dehradun for a Residential Senior Teaching Faculty for various subjects. The role entails delivering innovative and interactive lessons, preparing and updating curriculum materials in line with CBSE guidelines, and engaging with students’ academic growth and overall well-being. The faculty will also act as a mentor, guiding students in their academic and personal development.

Active participation in residential school activities and collaboration with fellow educators are integral to the role.

Qualifications

- Proven expertise in Subject Knowledge and Pedagogy in one or more subjects
- Effective Classroom Management and Lesson Planning skills
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and Problem-Solving Abilities to support students' diverse learning needs
- Experience in Mentoring, Counseling, and Supporting Student Development
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant subject area with

B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification
- Previous experience in teaching, preferably in CBSE curriculum and residential education settings
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment
