Tribhuvan College of Environment and Development Sciences Nalanda University Centre, Neemrana, invites applications from qualified candidates for the position of   Assistant Professor   for the   B.A. (Hons.) Programme in Sustainable Development Studies (Interdisciplinary Social Sciences)  .

Area of Specialisation:
Interdisciplinary Social Science with specialisation in Sustainable Development.
Minimum Eligibility:
– Master’s degree in Human/Social Geography / Development Studies / Sociology / Sustainable Development or allied disciplines with UGC-NET qualification.
– Ph.D. in the relevant or allied discipline is preferred.
– Eligibility conditions and terms of engagement shall be as per UGC norms and institutional regulations.

KRAs:
– Teaching core and elective courses at the undergraduate level.
– Ability to teach courses in Sustainable Development Studies, including papers related to Indigenous Knowledge Systems, Models of Sustainable Development, Urban and Rural Sustainability, Social Impact Assessment, CSR/ESG, and Sustainability Communication.
– Curriculum development, student mentorship, academic advising, and supervision of field-based components.
– Participation in departmental and institutional academic activities.
