Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Karad for a Teacher specializing in 11th, 12th, and JEE/NEET/CET/Foundation (PCMB) subjects. Responsibilities include creating and delivering lesson plans, teaching concepts, guiding students in their studies, preparing them for competitive exams, and evaluating their progress. Teachers will also be expected to provide mentorship and ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies to deliver effective and structured learning materials.
Strong skills in Teaching and Training to guide students toward academic excellence and exam preparedness.
Excellent Communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and foster understanding among diverse learners.
Capability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Subject-matter expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and related fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field of Science or Education.
