Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and passionate  Music School Manager  to lead the daily operations, academic coordination, and business growth of a children-focused music school in the UAE.
The role requires close collaboration with young learners, parents, and teaching staff. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, prior experience in managing an educational or music institution, and excellent communication abilities to maintain a safe, nurturing, and well-structured learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end operations of the music school, including academic and administrative functions
Manage and supervise music teachers, instructors, and support staff
Plan and organize class schedules, batches, and instructor assignments
Handle student admissions, enrollments, and retention processes
Maintain high teaching standards and ensure a safe, child-friendly learning environment
Coordinate events, recitals, workshops, and performances
Manage parent communication, inquiries, and feedback in a professional manner
Track daily attendance, reporting, and documentation
Monitor budgets, expenses, and basic financial records
Support marketing initiatives and student growth strategies
Ensure compliance with UAE education, safety, and operational regulations

Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Music, Education, Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
3–6 years of experience managing a music school, academy, or educational institution
Experience working in a child-centered educational environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and people-management skills
Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is an advantage)
Knowledge of music education programs (Western, Classical, Contemporary)
Basic understanding of operations, scheduling, and administration
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Willingness to relocate and work in the UAE
