Position Overview:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Aviation Faculty with a strong professional background in aviation ground operations. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of hands-on experience as aviation ground staff and hold a Master’s degree in an aviation-related field. The candidate must be passionate about teaching, mentoring students, and preparing them for careers in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach subjects related to aviation operations, ground handling, customer service, cargo, safety procedures, and airport management.
Share real-time industry knowledge and practical insights from ground staff experience.
Conduct classroom training, practical sessions, workshops, and simulations.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and evaluation reports.
Mentor and guide students for interviews, internships, and placement opportunities.
Ensure high-quality teaching standards and maintain academic documentation.
Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of training modules.
Participate in departmental meetings, events, seminars, and student activities.
