Position Overview
The Student Growth Associates will play a key role in strengthening Roobaroo.ai’s presence within schools and colleges by driving student awareness, engagement, and participation in Roobaroo’s holistic learning programs.
The role focuses on peer-led engagement, community building, and responsible outreach, with ownership of enabling student enrollments through clear, value-driven communication.
This position requires strong communication skills, initiative, and a genuine interest in education, careers, and student wellbeing.

Roobaroo.ai is building India’s first  holistic 21st Century programs  like bootcamp, webinars, challenges - integrating  career clarity, future-ready skills, and holistic wellbeing  into a single framework.

Grounded in NEP 2020, Stanford’s case-based learning methodologies, and the National Skills Qualifications Framework (NSQF), our programs are co-created with experts from  IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahmedabad, Ministry of Education, Amazon, Google, BCG , and more. We are already working with  IITs, DPS, BITS, DAV, DU , and other education institutions across India.

Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement & Outreach
Act as a student representative for Roobaroo.ai within the school or college ecosystem
Build awareness of Roobaroo’s bootcamps, workshops, and challenges among peers
Initiate peer conversations and small group interactions around careers, skills, and wellbeing
Support local or campus-based discussions, info sessions, or learning circles
Program Awareness & Enrollment Support
Build relationships with students, parents, and educators aligned with Roobaroo’s mission
Identify students who could benefit from Roobaroo programs
Clearly communicate program structure, outcomes, and expectations
Support interested students through the enrollment journey in an ethical, transparent manner
Coordination & Reporting
Share periodic updates on outreach activities and student interest from your campus or city
Provide insights on student needs, concerns, and emerging trends
Act as a feedback bridge between student communities and the Roobaroo core team
Uphold Roobaroo’s values of balance, integrity, and care in all outreach efforts

Ideal Profile
Students from Classes 9–12 or College Undergraduates
Strong communication and people skills
Active engagement with community via online channels and offline events
Interest in education, leadership, entrepreneurship, and wellbeing
Comfortable initiating conversations and building peer trust
Self-driven and responsible, with the ability to work independently
