We seek an experienced Admission Counsellor to join our team and help prospective students navigate their academic journeys.

Job Summary:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will guide students through the admissions process, leveraging your expertise to meet enrollment goals. You’ll build relationships with applicants, families, and schools, provide tailored advice, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Guidance:
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals and recommend suitable programs.
- Application Support:
Advise on admission requirements, deadlines, and documentation; assist with application completion.

- Collaboration:

Work with academic departments and financial aid teams to address student needs.
- Data Management:
Maintain accurate applicant records using CRM systems and generate enrollment reports.
- Market Insight:
Stay updated on education trends and competitor programs to refine recruitment strategies.
- Compliance:
Ensure adherence to institutional policies and legal standards (e.g., FERPA).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Communications, or related field.
- 06 +months in admissions, academic counselling, or student services.
- Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of admissions processes, financial aid, and enrollment trends.
