Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Professor & Dean - School of Law at IMS Unison University in Dehradun. As the Professor & Dean - School of Law, you will oversee and manage all academic, research and administrative aspects of the School of Law. Your tasks will include institutional development, research initiatives, curriculum development, faculty recruitment, student admissions, program evaluation, internships & placements and building relationships with industry partners.

You will play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the School of Law and ensuring its continued success.

Qualifications required
Masters degree and Ph.D. degree in Law from a reputed University/ Institution. UGC NET qualification is mandatory.
Full-time work experience of a minimum of 15 years in academics, out of which a minimum of 5 years as a Professor in an institution of repute.
Candidates with qualifications from or with work experience from the Institutions of national eminence will be preferred.
Excellent track record of research and publications in Law or related fields.
Prior experience in academic leadership positions and a strong understanding of the current trends and best practices in management education will be preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Emoluments
IMS Unison University pays salaries as per 7th Pay commission recommendations. Higher salary for deserving candidates will not be a constraint.
