Role Description
Roots and Wings Academy, located in Aurangabad, is looking for full-time Middle School Teachers in English, SST, and Math for the upcoming academic year, 2026-27 (starting from June, 2026). As a Middle School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans, assessing student performance, and providing student feedback. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and inclusive classroom environment and fostering positive student relationships.

This is an on-site role and requires you to work closely with colleagues and administration.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with educational technology and tools including Learning Management Systems, multimedia resources, and tools for data analysis
Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth as an educator
