Description The Academic Counsellor will assist students in navigating their educational journey by providing guidance on academic programs, course selection, and personal development. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are passionate about supporting students in achieving their educational goals.
Responsibilities Provide academic counseling to students to help them make informed educational and career choices.
Assist students in course selection and understanding degree requirements.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Stay updated on academic policies and resources available to students.
Skills and Qualifications HSC OR Bachelor's degree in Education
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with students and faculty.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
Knowledge of academic programs and career options available to students.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Empathy and understanding towards students' academic and personal challenges.
