What this role is really about:
You don’t just “handle admissions.”
You own the entire student journey, from the first curious DM to the day they walk onto campus.
You will:
Lead admissions, outreach, counselling & conversions (end-to-end)
Manage and mentor the Outreach & Admissions team
Design smarter admission strategies (not boring spreadsheets only)
Oversee school connects, workshops, events & outreach ideas
Work closely with Karnavati University on processes and timelines
Help grow the department and the institution
You will love this role if:
