Candor International School is seeking an experienced and collaborative IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to join our Secondary School Leadership Team.

This is a key leadership role for an IB educator who is supportive, organised, and people-centred, with a strong understanding of IB DP curriculum, assessment, and the DP Core.

The Role

- Lead and oversee all aspects of the IB Diploma Programme
- Ensure alignment with IB Standards & Practices
- Support and mentor DP teachers through collaborative leadership
- Guide students and parents through subject selection and DP pathways
- Work closely with the Head of Secondary and leadership colleagues to strengthen teaching and learning

You Will Be

- An experienced IB DP educator (coordination experience preferred)
- A collaborative leader who builds trust and collective capacity
- An excellent communicator with staff, students, and parents
- A pedagogical leader with a strong emphasis on the student agency.
