A fast-growing EdTech and enrichment education provider delivering hands-on STEM learning programs and curriculum for K-12 students and after-school centers across India. We operate on-site labs and workshops that emphasize project-based learning in robotics, coding, electronics, and science to build practical problem-solving skills and curiosity.

Role (Primary title): STEM Educator — On-site (India)

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, hands-on STEM lessons and workshops aligned to age-appropriate curricula for K-12 and after-school cohorts.
Design and implement project-based modules in robotics, electronics, coding, and maker activities; adapt materials for different learning levels.
Set up and maintain lab equipment (sensors, microcontrollers, robotics kits), enforce lab safety protocols, and manage the classroom environment.
Assess student learning using formative and summative methods; maintain accurate progress records and communicate outcomes to parents and program leads.
Collaborate with curriculum designers and fellow educators to refine lesson plans, create rubrics, and integrate digital learning tools and LMS workflows.
Perform routine troubleshooting of hardware/software used in sessions and maintain inventory of teaching resources and kits.
