Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of the Masters of Business Administration program, based in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. The Head of MBA will be responsible for overseeing the overall academic and administrative activities of the MBA department. Key responsibilities include designing and developing the curriculum, mentoring faculty and students, coordinating with educational and industry stakeholders, fostering partnerships for internships and placements, and promoting high-quality teaching and research.

The role also involves monitoring departmental growth and ensuring compliance with institutional goals and standards.
Qualifications

Strong expertise in Business Administration, Business Management, and Finance
Proficient Analytical Skills for strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration, mentoring, and developing networks
Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage academic programs and lead teams
PhD in Business Management, Administration, or a related field is highly desirable
Significant experience in academia or industry with a focus on business education
Ability to drive initiatives, achieve departmental goals, and focus on research and innovation
